The arrest warrant was issued by San Pablo City Regional Trial Court Branch 29 presiding judge Luvida Padolina Roque for the crimes of Kidnapping and Serious Illegal Detention and Robbery with Violence.
The bail was set at Php 400,000 for each case.
In December last year, the Department of Justice (DOJ) found a probable cause to indict Paghangaan, Broasas, and Pat. Roy Navarrete for robbing and kidnapping e-sabong agent named Ricardo Lasco in San Pablo City, Laguna.
The DOJ earlier said that the three police officers disguised themselves as operatives of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) and entered the house of Lasco on August 2021.
The three cops took several valuables owned by Lasco and his family.
As of writing, the e-sabong agent is still missing along with 34 other missing cockfighting enthusiasts (sabungeros).
