Deniece Cornejo's motion for reconsideration against Vhong Navarro’s bail grant was declined by the Taguig Court.

In an order issued on Thursday, Taguig Regional Trial Court Judge Loralie Cruz Datahan said that when Cornejo filed for the motion, there was no conformity from the public prosecutor

According to the Rules of the Court and a Supreme Court decision, the Regional Trial Court reiterated that criminal actions should be prosecuted under the direction of a public prosecutor.

To recall, Navarro was released last December 6 after being detained for almost 3 months.
