The Philippines' positivity rate has decreased to 7.4% as of June 29, according to OCTA Research.
Dr. Guido David, a Fellow from the OCTA Research Group, shared the update on Twitter, highlighting a 1.5-point decline compared to the previous week's 8.9%.

According to the latest data from the Department of Health (DOH), the country reported 503 new infections, bringing the total number of cases to 4,164,360, with 7,896 active cases.
Among these, 131 cases were reported in the National Capital Region, and projections estimate 300 to 400 new cases on June 30.
On a positive note, there were 384 new recoveries, increasing the total number of recoveries to 4,089,980.
