Former Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Commissioner Rowena Guanzon has officially joined the members of the incoming 19th Congress as she took her oath as representative of party-list group P3PWD on Thursday, June 23.

Guanzon shared photos of the event on her Facebook account. She can be seen taking her oath before Court of Appeals Associate Justice Edwin Sorongon.

Guanzon took her oath the same day Comelec announced that it denied a challenge to its former member by the Duterte Youth party-list, led by National Youth Commission chairman Ronald Cardema and his wife Rep. Ducielle Cardema, in particular her substitution.
