Former President Rodrigo Duterte slipped in his room but is now fine, according to Senator Bong Go.

Posted on his Facebook page on Saturday, Go expressed his relief after knowing the former president's x-ray result was clear.

“Salamat sa Diyos, ok naman ang X-ray ni Tatay Digong," said Go.

According to the Senator, the accident occurred in his room at his house in Davao City.

Duterte, 78, was accompanied by Go for a checkup at Davao Doctor's Hospital on Friday, November 3.

Based on the X-ray result, there were no complications, and the former President is in good condition.

"Sa kabila ng pangyayari, game na game pa rin ang dating pangulo at ang senador sa pakikipag-picture sa ilang medical frontliners at mga staff sa ospital," Go said.

The Senator thanked the medical frontliners for their service and sacrifices during the time of the pandemic brought by COVID-19.
