The Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) reported an incident involving a burning vehicle along EDSA Ortigas on Thursday morning, August 8.

According to the MMDA, the vehicle suddenly caught fire at the EDSA Ortigas Flyover Westbound at around 9:10 a.m.

The fire was promptly extinguished by the authorities, preventing any further damage or injuries.

In light of the incident, the MMDA reminded motorists of the importance of regular vehicle maintenance to prevent such occurrences.
