South Korean rock band FTISLAND announced the cancelation of PULSE Live in Manila, their label FNC Entertainment also confirmed the news on Wednesday, September 11.

The 2024 FTISLAND LIVE 'PULSE' in Manila was originally scheduled on September 14, at the SM North EDSA Skydome.

Tagged as "Korea's first idol band," FTISLAND, or Five Treasure Island, consisting of Lee Hong-gi, Lee Jae-jin and Choi Min-hwan, debuted in 2007.

However, due to unforeseen circumstances, the concert would no longer push through.

"We know how much fans have looked forward to seeing FTISLAND again so this news is something that we share with a heavy heart. We were excited, along with FTISLAND, to fire up that stage again, but due to unforeseen circumstances, the concert could no longer push through," concert promoter CDM Entertainment said in a social media post.

Consequently, FNC Entertainment also issued a statement, confirming the news on Weverse and Facebook.

With the sudden concert cancelation, FNC Entertainment assured that those who had already purchased their tickets will be given a full refund.

"For refunds, SM Tickets will reach out to all ticket holders via email and send instructions and requirements on how to refund. Please check your inbox in the coming days," they said.

Those who paid through Credit/Debit card were reminded that card reversals may take 30 to 60 days.

The Asian leg of the band's 'PULSE' tour was supposed to kick off in Manila, before heading to Hong Kong, Kaohsiung, and Macau.
