As reported by RH Sherwin Alfaro, residents of the said place have a trash bin area where their garbage must be collected by the city government unit's garbage truck.
The garbage was reportedly scrapped by garbage dealers.
Footage from Alfaro's report showed that a cleaner from the city government had been sweeping the garbage. She said that the garbage was only from the daily garbage of the residents.
Passers-by cover their mouths and noses because of the pungent smell coming from the garbage.
As of this writing, the collector of the garbage hasn't come yet.
