It comes as no surprise that the teaser to the sequel of one of the highest-grossing Filipino films of all time, “Hello, Love, Goodbye,” would rake in millions in views in a matter of hours.
“Hello, Love, Again,” starring award-winning actress Kathryn Bernardo and heartthrob Alden Richards garnered 10.8 million views only 6 hours after its posting on Wednesday evening, and the tag “JOY IS GONE” ranks among the highest at 11K posts at short-form blogging platform X, as of writing.

In the teaser, characters Joy and Ethan continue to love each other despite the distance between Hong Kong to Canada. It appears as though Ethan has flown to Canada to reunite with Joy, but things seem amiss as Joy reintroduces herself as Marie when having Ethan take her coffee order.
“Hello, Love, Goodbye” is about a Filipino domestic helper in Hong Kong with high hopes of practicing medicine in Canada. She unexpectedly falls in love with an aimless bartender, although separation is inevitable in opting for the path towards her dreams. The film bagged numerous accolades, such as the Box Office Entertainment and PMPC Star awards.
The highly anticipated sequel “Hello, Love, Again” is set to premiere on the 13 of November this year.
