In a report by RH Boy Gonzales, Gadon stated that Duterte's actions clearly violated the Conduct of Ethical and Professional Responsibility as a lawyer.
"A complaint against Vice President Sara Duterte-Carpio dahil doon sa kanyang Zoom press con na kung saan ay pinagmumumura niya si Pangulong Bongbong Marcos, First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos, at si Speaker Martin Romualdez," Gadon said to the members of the media on Wednesday.
"Doon din ay kanyang sinabi na mayroon siyag kinausap na inatusang niyang patayin si Pangulong Bongbong Marcos, Liza Araneta-Marcos, at Martin Romualdez kapag may nangyari sa kanya," he added.
He further stated that it is clear that Duterte has already formed a plan to have the individuals she mentioned in her statement killed.
Gadon further pointed out that while he was swiftly disbarred after a complaint was filed against him over a video showing his use of profanity, his current complaint would test the Supreme Court’s impartiality.
"Gusto kong subukan ang pagiging fair, pagiging makatarungan ng Supreme Court. Sapagkat ako, na kung saan ay wala naman talagang dahil para i-disbar ay dinisbar ako ng Supreme Court," said Gadon.
Gadon warned that if the Supreme Court does not decide on his case, he will be ready to file an impeachment complaint against the justices.
In addition to his complaint, Gadon said that there is a pending disbarment case against Duterte for an alleged assault on a sheriff during her time as mayor of Davao City.
Meanwhile, Atty. Camille Ting, spokesperson for the Supreme Court, confirmed that a prior disbarment case was filed against Duterte in October 2024 by an anonymous sender.
However, the case was linked to her statement that she intended to have the remains of former President Ferdinand Marcos Sr. exhumed from the Libingan ng mga Bayani and throw into the West Philippine Sea.
