The agencies of Jullebee Ranara, the 35-year-old domestic helper found dead and burnt in a desert in Kuwait will be facing recruitment violation cases by the Department of Migrant Workers.

According to DMW Undersecretary Bernard Olalia in a press briefing, Ranara's Kuwaiti employer has already been issued of preventive suspension.

Olalia explained that the employer would be blacklisted and would never be allowed to hire a Filipino worker.

Also, the Catalist International Manpower Services Company and the Platinum International Recruitment of Domestic Manpower - the Philippine and Kuwaiti agencies that facilitated Ranara's employment - will also have cases to be filed against them as these recruitment agencies are obliged to monitor the loving and working conditions of the overseas Filipino workers (OFW).

Meanwhile, Ranara's remains arrived Friday night as witnessed by officials headed by DMW Secretary Susan Ople.

She orphaned four children while the 17-year-old son of Ranara's employer was arrested within 24 hours after the authorities discovered the body and he confessed to the crime.
