Drag artist Pura Luka Vega, real name Amadeus Fernando Pagente, performed “The Prayer” along with their mother at a fundraiser event on Sunday, Oct. 8, a day after their release.
In a post by @MxNoelle on X (formerly Twitter), the drag queen could be seen standing beside their mother, both singing the popular classic “The Prayer” with the video ending in them embracing each other.

Their fellow drag queen and first “Drag Den” winner Naia Black initiated the fundraiser event titled, “NKKLK: A Fundraising Show for Pura Luka Vega” to support them.
Last Saturday, Oct. 7, Vega was released on bail after garnering over P550,000 donations. As of Monday, Oct. 9, the donation reached about P900,000.
“Your donations will help Luka for their legal and living expenses especially that there are other cases filed against them including a complaint filed by Bro. Eddie,” Drag Den Philippines showrunner Rod Singh said.
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR DONATIONS AND FOR ATTENDING YESTERDAY’S #NKKLK
