The mentioned areas may experience possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy, and occasionally intense, rainfall.
PAGASA also forecasted that heavy to intense rainfall from the shear line may affect Aurora and Quezon, while moderate to heavy rainfall is expected in Cagayan, Isabela, Camarines Norte, and Camarines Sur tomorrow.
On December 27, heavy to intense rainfall is expected in Cagayan and Isabela, while moderate to heavy rainfall may affect Apayao and Aurora.
