In a joint operation led by the District Special Operations Unit - Southern Police District (DSOU-SPD), authorities arrested the Top 7 Provincial Most Wanted Person of Capiz on Monday, September 16, in Parañaque City.
In a report by Noche Cacas, the suspect, alias Patrick, 33, was apprehended around 3:40 PM in a coordinated effort involving Maayon Municipal Police Station (Maayon MPS), Pontevedra Municipal Police Station (Pontevedra MPS), District Intelligence Division - Southern Police District (DID-SPD), and Parañaque City Police Station (Parañaque CPS).
The arrest was made based on a warrant issued by Hon. Lorencito Belo Diaz, RTC Presiding Judge of Branch 17, Roxas City, Capiz, for violations of RA 9165, the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act.
During a lawful search, authorities found a 1911 9mm firearm with live ammunition in Patrick's possession.
He is now facing additional charges for violating RA 10591, the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act.
The entire operation was recorded using Body Worn Cameras (BWC) and Alternative Recording Devices (ARD) to ensure compliance with legal protocols.
