Comedian and TV host Vice Ganda revealed that Vhong Navarro will be returning to "It's Showtime" on Monday, January 16, saying that he was blessed to have the "madlang people's" support despite the challenges he faced in 2022.
Not specifically mentioning Navarro, Vice Ganda told co-hosts about a recent conversation he had with someone who suffered a lot in the previous year.
He then told Navarro to bring the excitement as he comes back on the noontime show after battling difficult fights last year.
Despite not directly mentioning Navarro's name, everyone knows who he is because he has been absent from the show since September 2022 after being arrested for the acts of lasciviousness case filed by model Deniece Cornejo in 2014, which the Taguig City Court ordered.
In December, Navarro post a bail of one million pesos for his temporary liberty which the court had granted.
