Vice Ganda is elated by the warm welcome their noontime show "It's Showtime" received from Good Television (GTV) Channel 11, a free-to-air television owned by GMA Network Inc, ahead of their airing on July 1.

"Masayang-masaya. We feel so special and we are very grateful to GTV," the host said in an interview with another media outlet.

Earlier this week, the avid viewers of the noontime show were taken by surprise when they dropped a poster of “It's Showtime” hosts with a text that says “G na G!” on its social media platforms.

In an official statement, ABS-CBN announced that "It's Showtime" will no longer be aired on TV5 channel starting July, as it will be transferring to its new home, GMA's GTV channel.

The move comes after TV5's programming changes, which includes a new show for Tito and Vic Sotto, Joey De Leon, and the rest of the original Dabarkads.

Vice Ganda, one of the main hosts of "Its Showtime," said she does not hold any hard feelings towards TVJ. However, she admitted to feeling lost when they received the news.

"We don't feel bad sa TVJ, wala kaming ganon ha.

Vice Ganda said "It's Showtime" will not waste the opportunity given to them and they will prepare surprises to entertain the viewers of GTV.

It's Showtime premiered as one of ABS-CBN's morning programs on Oct. 24, 2009. It was moved to the network's 12 p.m. slot on October 2010, three months after the noontime show Wowowee went off the air.
