Tropical Depression Dondong has caused the cancellation of classes in certain regions of Luzon on Friday, July 14, as reported by PAGASA in its most recent weather update.

The estimated location of Dodong is near Lasam, Cagayan, determined from comprehensive data analysis (18.1°N, 121.5°E).

As of 7:50 a.m. on July 14, the following provinces have suspended classes due to adverse weather conditions:

• San Fernando, Pampanga (all levels)
• Cagayan (pre-school to senior high school)
• Ilocos Sur (all levels of public and private schools)

According to PAGASA, TD Dodong will retain its status as a tropical depression while traversing mainland Northern Luzon.
