Guo, who is linked to a raided POGO hub in Bamban, faces several charges, including graft, money laundering, and human trafficking. Her attendance was permitted by a Valenzuela court following a request by Senator Risa Hontiveros.
Guo had previously appeared before the Senate on September 9, where she was cited in contempt for allegedly lying to the senators.
She had left the country in July despite a hold departure order from the Department of Justice but was apprehended in Indonesia and returned to the Philippines on September 6.
Guo is currently detained at the PNP Custodial Center.
