After a frustrating experience reported by the fans during their homecoming concert, Filipino folk band Ben&Ben apologized to their fans, the Liwanags.
The nine-piece band released a statement through their official Twitter account, saying that they heard all the frustration they felt during the concert.
"We hear you. We feel your pain, frustration, and anger,” Ben&Ben wrote.
Moreover, the band expressed its sincere apology to those who were stressed by the queuing, entry to the venue, and general gaps in the event's organization.
With such an incident, Ben&Ben vowed to be more involved in the planning and preparations for their next concerts to minimize mishaps.
Meanwhile, they thanked the fans who attended the concert, saying that they cannot explain how happy and grateful they were to meet their Liwanags.
