The Department of Justice (DOJ) welcomed the Office for Alternative Dispute Resolution’s (OADR) new Executive Director on Friday, September 27.
DOJ Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla expressed delight over the addition of fresh appointee Atty. Margaret Raizza Andaman, as he felt her substantial field experience would be instrumental in advancing the ADR. He challenged her to be a “game changer” in the Department’s mission to execute justice.
“My marching orders to you is to set your path ablaze and lead in the administration of justice through ADR, I give my 101% trust and confidence to you that you can do it with excellence,” Remulla told Andaman.
The ADR is a “crucial tool” in bringing down court congestion and optimizing the Justice Department’s system to better serve the Filipino people, as envisioned by Bagong Pilipinas.
Andaman is an Associate at former Minister of Justice Estelito P. Mendoza’s eponymous law office.
