As reported by Val Gonzales during Damdaming Bayan, residents were dismayed at Meralco as it was still not resolving the power loss since 4 a.m.
The report said the extreme heat affected residents who have jobs and illnesses, including students who have online classes.
Linemen from Meralco responded; however, they said they would be waiting for the assessment's result and waiting for an order from Meralco.
According to the linemen, one of the reasons for the explosion being looked at is 'overloading'.
Immediately called by the DZRH, Meralco Spokesperson Joe Zaldarriaga assured that it would relay the issue to the sector to return the electricity in the area immediately.
