Several toll plazas along the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) have reopened on Thursday morning following closures due to flooding caused by Typhoon Carina.

As of 7:30 a.m., the NLEX Corporation provided updates on traffic conditions at various tolls:

• Balintawak Toll Plaza: Light traffic
• Marilao Northbound: Approximately 800 meters of traffic buildup; middle lanes (lanes 2 & 3) are passable with the zipper lane active southbound.
• Mindanao Toll Plaza: Light traffic
• Bocaue Toll Plaza: Light traffic
• San Fernando Northbound: Light traffic
• San Fernando Southbound: Light traffic

Typhoon Carina is currently crossing Taiwan and approaching the northern boundary of the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
