The Commission on Elections' (COMELEC) Office for Overseas Voting and the Overseas Worker Welfare Administration (OWWA) invite Filipinos leaving the country or residing abroad during the overseas voting period to register to vote in the Philippine's first online polls.

A first in the country's history, electronic voting is now available to land-based overseas Filipino workers (OFW), seafarers, immigrants, and dual citizens in 76 posts abroad.

They may register on:

  • June 24, 2024 at the OWWA Region 6 Western Visayas Office, in Iloilo City, from 8 AM to 5 PM
  • June 25, 2024 at the Lacson Seafarers Maritime Seminars and Trainings, John B. Lacson Foundation Maritime University, Molo, Iloilo City, from 8-11 AM
  • June 25, 2024 at Compass Iloilo in Manfred's Building, 22 General Luna street, in the Iloilo City proper, from 2-5 PM.

Registrants may present any of the following:

  • Valid Philippine Passport
  • Seafarer's Record Book (SRB)
  • Seafarer's Identity Document (SID)
  • Certified Copy of Approval of Retention or Reacquisition of Philippine Citizenship

The overseas voting period will be from April 13, 2025 until May 12, 2025.
