Several areas in Metro Manila and Cavite will experience power interruption on July 23, according to Meralco.
Based on its website, the following areas will be affected by various maintenance works on July 23:
- Deparo, Caloocan City (10 AM until 3 PM)
This scheduled power outage, according to Meralco, is due to the upgrading of facilities in St. Tomas Village 7 in Deparo, Caloocan City.
It will affect the entire St. Tomas Village 7.
- Bagong Silangan, Quezon City (9 AM until 4 PM)
Subsequently, another maintenance schedule will affect a portion of Metro Manila, specifically in Bagong Silangan, Quezon City. This is due to the installation of facilities along Gen. Geronimo Street in Barangay Bagong Silangan in Quezon City.

On the same day, a power outage will also affect parts of Cavite due to “preventative maintenance” and “testing works” inside Meralco – Imus substation.
