The Pasig City Regional Trial Court (RTC) ordered the transfer of the four co-accused of Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KOJC) religious leader Apollo Quiboloy to the Pasig City jail.

Pasig RTC Branch 159 Judge Rainelda Estacio-Montesa issued an order transferring Cresente Canada's detention to the Pasig City Jail, while Ingrid Canada, Sylvia Cemañes, and Jackielyn Roy will be at the female dormitory.

As for the KOJC founder, Quiboloy will remain in the custody of the Philippine National Police (PNP) Custodial Center in Camp Crame while awaiting the decision on the pending motion for his transfer to a hospital setting.

Quiboloy's camp is requesting the transfer of both Quiboloy and his co-accused, Ingrid Canada, to the Veterans Memorial Medical Center in Davao City, citing their alleged current medical conditions.

"Nahihirapan [daw] sila sa custodial facility at ang decision ng judge diyan ay ni-require ang PNP na sila ay titignan po ng mga government doctors, iche-check yung kanilang mga medical condition," PNP Spokesperson PCol. Jean Fajardo said during a press briefing on Friday.

Fajardo further mentioned that the 76-year-old self-proclaimed "appointed Son of God" is taking maintenance medications and is constantly consulting his physician.

Additionally, the Pasig RTC scheduled the pre-conference and pre-marking of evidence for the human trafficking charges on September 25, with the pre-trial set for October 17.

The RTC had previously denied Quiboloy's camp's request to transfer his custody from the Philippine National Police (PNP) to the Armed Forces of the Philippines, following the formal opposition filed by the Department of National Defense.
