The Department of Justice (DOJ) arraigned the two independent contractors of a television network accused of having sexually abused actor Sandro Muhlach.
Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz have both been charged with one count of rape through sexual assault and two counts of acts of lasciviousness before court, following the discovery of “prima facie”—or enough evidence warranting further probing—holding reasonable certainty of conviction for the suspects.
The case has been raffled to the Pasay Regional Trial Court Branch 115.
Previously, Muhlach, with the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) lodged a complaint versus the two for alleged rape and sexual assault, which Nones and Cruz requested the DOJ drop for lack of documentary evidence.
