Kurashiki Ablaze finished at third place in the 2024 Premier Volleyball League (PVL) Invitational Conference.

The Japanese club bested EST Cola of Thailand in three sets, 25-22, 26-24, 25-20, during the bronze-medal match on Thursday, September 12, in the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Cubao, Quezon City.

Low Mei Cing registered 14 markers, eight from attacks and six from blocks, while Saki Tanabe finished with 13 points to lead Ablaze to another podium finish in the PVL.

Warisara Seetaloed contributed 14 points and Natthawan Phatthaisong added 11 markers as the Thais fall short of a medal finish in their maiden debut in the PVL.
