The Philippine National Police (PNP) has covered only 40 to 50 percent of the 30-hectare Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KOJC) compound after nearly a week of operations to serve an arrest warrant for the religious leader Apollo Quiboloy.

The police have acknowledged the difficulties in apprehending Quiboloy. Fajardo made this statement on the seventh day of trying to execute the arrest warrant against the fugitive, and his four fellow accused.

"We are looking at an underground facility na made out of thick stones, thick metals, at napakatigas po ng mga ‘yan," Fajardo said during a press briefing at Camp Crame on Friday.

Fajardo stated that the underground facility in question was constructed to withstand both man-made and natural disasters.

"Yun po ang hinaharap nating difficulty why it’s really taking time to really penetrate this underground facility and to locate yung mga possible ingress and egress dito po sa mga underground facilities," said Fajardo.

Authorities are confident that their high-tech devices are detecting the heartbeat of the targets they are tracking, especially since the suspects are believed to be active and mobile.

As of this writing and based on updates, the PNP has entered several secret tunnels and rooms believed to have been occupied by Quiboloy inside the KOJC compound.
