Booksale Philippines revealed on Tuesday that it is preparing to embark in a 'new chapter' in its history as a bookstore.
In a Facebook post, Booksale CEO Josh Sison expressed gratitude to the company's loyal readers over the years and hinted at introducing innovative ways to keep reading affordable and accessible for Filipinos.
"While some of our branches are closing, we're excited to continue finding new and creative ways to make reading affordable and accessible as we have done so for the past 35 years," Sison said.
The bookstore, renowned for offering both new and pre-loved books at affordable prices, added that "exciting plans" are in store for its customers and promised to reveal them soon.
"So here's to the stories yet to be told and the adventures that await - both on the page and in the world beyond!" Sison remarked.
